Registration open: Online training on experimental methods and data analysis for femtosecond and attosecond spectroscopies, 09-11 June 2026

12 May 2026

The Lasers4EU consortium invites early-stage researchers and PhD students working in physics, chemistry, and related fields to apply for its upcoming online training workshop on experimental methods and data analysis for femtosecond and attosecond spectroscopies.

Objectives

The workshop aims to strengthen participants’ competence in advanced ultrafast laser techniques and data analysis methodologies. Skills that are increasingly essential for making full scientific use of high-quality experimental data. Participants will be introduced to state-of-the-art techniques available at European laser research infrastructures and to the Transnational Access (TNA) opportunities offered through the Lasers4EU project.

Programme structure

  • Day 1 — Invited lectures, open to a broader audience to maximise outreach and visibility
  • Days 2–3 — Virtual laboratory tours and guided hands-on data analysis sessions (participation limited to 20 selected applicants)

Application deadline: 1 June 2026
