Online software tools for Lasers4EU Users

Pilot version

Lasers4EU offers the research community access to a dedicated online software tool package for laser-material interaction, developed by FORTH, aiming at:

  • Helping users prepare and realise experiments, and analyse their data
  • Supporting users from different disciplines who may be unfamiliar with laser-matter science

      Predicts experimental observables and helps to identify a narrow window of radiation parameters for effective laser–material interaction

      The pilot package is being progressively extended, with future development including efficient coupling of physics-based and predictive/AI-driven modelling, and evaluation through feedback from partner facilities.
